The Scary Robbery
Back in the US after a short holiday overseas with wife in tow, the gentleman preferred to eat out that evening as the unpacking and attendant chores were yet to be completed. Dinner completed the family thought may be they should go out for a stroll, the night being balmy, when their home security providers called-perhaps there are intruders in your home sir? The driving back home at break-neck speed was tortuous, but there was relief too at the end of the sudden drama- the thief had escaped, perhaps very unhappy as he couldn’t find any thing valuable!
